Appears to be a deal for a Club Card+ upgrade, not a regular Club Card renewal.

AprilRenew link just worked for me. My membership expired the end of March and this was the first link that actually worked. I needed to be logged out of my BJ's account, then logged in when the link popped up the login window. I'm in the northeast. *Renewal price was $20 plus tax.

Maybe it only works if it's actually expired?
I can't get it to work for renewal, mine expires 4/30.

If you let it expire, they will send you this offer although you will lose the month when you wait (expires January, you renew for 20 in Feb, your renewal starts from expiration). Or just use two emails and go back and forth with new customer sign up pricing
