Since this is the 12.9 Pro 3rd gen (2018), it would not work with any generation above it because of the smaller camera cutout.

Isn't this one just magnetic on the side ? I don't think it interferes with the camera on the back

I miss the older 4 panel ones that actually folded back onto itself to made a triangle shape as a stand. I find these 3 panel ones aren't as flexible (they want to separate and topple over if you use it in the "upright/movie" orientation vs wanting to lift your ipad 2 inches off the desk for typing

Ordered this, and got the older iPad Pro 2nd Gen Smart Cover and not the 3rd Gen Smart Folio.
Called Woot and they gave me a refund.

it's a total fraud. this is for 1st and 2nd gen iPad pros, the old ones with buttons. They are an inch bigger than 3rd and later gen buttonless 12.9 iPads. I suspect this deal is voted up by bots.
