Should be called splenda erythritol sweetner with 1% monkfruit.

It has much more erythritol than monk fruit. They should just call it erythritol then. But if they do that, I doubt they would sell as much. And of course, erythritol is used as a bulking agent since it's way cheaper. I'm sure their profit margins must be astronomical.

Yeah, erythritol is a sugar alcohol that is only about 60% of real sugar. The monk fruit probably further adds benefit. But it is misleading calling it Monk Fruit.
