Battery capacity might be something like 63 Wh, which is surprisingly difficult information to find out for sure. Middle of the road capacity for the class. Very tempting overall.

Fan noise has been an issue for people with some of the 365 models. Anyone have a take on the noise in this chassis? I bought the Intel 256v version of this with 16gb ram and everything else pretty much the same and like it well enough. It fits my use case of wanting a long battery life with just a little bit of game performance (the last spell, limbus company, other similarly less intensive titles). 65Wh battery max based on battery report in cmd prompt, by the way. ChatGPT says 63Wh for the model NX.J1AAA.001. I would guess the AMD version is the same.

It's not the same, Acer website for the AMD version is 75wh battery.

Does this model have the AcerSense feature that lets you limit battery charing to 80% ? This is a must-have feature if you want the battery to be useful for 10 years

Haven't used it enough and paid attention to assess that. The reviews I watched did praise the battery life though.

Yes I have that option enabled. It also supports Windows Presence Sensing which I thought was pretty useful. It dims the brightness of the screen if you look away and turns it back to normal brightness when you look at the screen. And if you walk away, it'll completely turn off the screen and lock your computer. And when you sit back down in front of the computer and look at it, it'll automatically turn on the screen and unlock the computer without you having to press anything.

The Ryzen in the Acer beats the Intel in the Lenovo in raw performance. Intel might still be good or even better in terms of efficiency though

Integrated 880M graphics in the Acer is faster than the integrated Intel Arc graphics in the Lenovo by about 20%. Not sure if anyone who buys this kind of laptop really cares though, no one will be gaming on this. Power efficiency and battery life is probably more important than 20% boost in gaming FPS.
