I tried it and returned it. Numerous attempts to contact Tzumi support went unanswered.
cheap Ember knockoff
I tested it with a thermometer and it didn't live up to its claims. even starting with above temp hot water it wasn't able to maintain the set temperature, and this was in a heated room (ambient ~68 degrees?). it may have slowed down the heat loss but didn't maintain the set heat level.
YMMV. for $20 you might be happy. if you're expecting Ember quality I think you're better off buying a better brand (I assume ember actually works, admittedly did not buy and try)

Mug Issues: Battery dead after 15 mins when only a few months old, mug not charging at all, mug not keeping my set temp and would change temps on its own, mug would never actually turn on. My sample size is 2 mugs at retail and 3 replacements sent by support. Their support takes an atrocious amount of time to do anything.

Unfortunately, I can't mention any CB sites here, but this one is definitely strange and funky.
You need to place the items in your cart and wait for about an hour for the 16% offer to be emailed to you, as the original CB is only 1% without using this odd waiting trick. It's like crouching at the edge of a cliff for an hour, waiting for the magical 16% off tornado to appear; truly bizarre...
