My guess is that it will be a big improvement compared to TV speakers, but pretty "meh" overall. For $99 it's probably good for the price though. Also, Walmart has free 30 day in store returns.

I see it for $58 at Best Buy. I have one and the ease of setup and sound is decent.
I have Sonos systems and a Samsung systems on my other TVs. This one is in my workout area and I only need it so I can more clearly hear the TV while on the treadmill. It was much cheaper than buying a quieter treadmill.

I have it and it's great for the price point. I do have the Bose 600 and there is a big difference
You are correct. I just clicked on the link saw the price but didn't see if it was available, which it isn't.
I still think it is a good deal for $99

I'm thinking that perhaps the HDMI cable is defective or not compatible, or that the eARC handshake/authorization between the TV and the soundbar isn't working properly. I've been too lazy to diagnose and resolve the issue, but it's good to know I'm not the only one being annoyed.
I bought the Samsung soundbar for $100 and, a few months later, got the wireless rear speakers [amazon.com] for $90. It sounds decent—sometimes the Dolby Atmos surround really works well at "upscaling" normal stereo content. The lack of a subwoofer really hurts the overall quality and depth of the sound, though, and unfortunately, they run about $250. Seems like the TCL soundbar has the reverse issue—comes with the subwoofer but no rear speakers...
