I have multiple of their devices, and the long range is incredible - far better than WiFi, and I get at least 2 years with the batteries. I have temp sensors in each room, plus at the vents where the heat and a/c comes into the living room. At a glance from the app I can see how evenly distributed the heat is throughout the house including humidity, as well as how efficiently the furnace/ac is. Plus I see a chart with history over time, and can set alerts.
I also put their outdoor version of this sensor onto my deck so I can see the real temperature vs what is on the news. I don't have one in my fridge as I have a manual thermometer, but having the history available has me rethinking that.
As you can probably tell, I'm a big fan of Yolink and keep adding to the collection. This is a heck of a deal.
