Those bits aren't impact rated. Also Makita XPS bit is pretty much top of the line. I went through Dewalt and Milwaukee bits two to three time and my XPS still remain good quality. Wish they make more of 2 inches but, hate those 1 inch one.

Depends on which is more important to you: quality or quantity. Consensus here seems to be that these xps are top quality. Quality > quantity.

I have used the Makita gold line of bits for years now. Only need to replace was when I lost a bit. How are these compared to the gold line?
