Front page with no comments? Is this sponsored? Are these games good for kids or shovelware?

100% shovelware, but might not be the worst for kids depending on the age - Even extremely simple games like pacman and tetris can teach and reinforce core skills like timing, reaction, strategy, and reward/penalty systems. Shovelware like this is almost always Race a Thing, Find/Collect a Thing, Craft a thing, customize simple things like characters and maybe house decor, plant/breed flowers...maybe? It has recognizable franchises, hence the immediate appeal, but otherwise you'd actually be so much better off with like a Paleo Pines for 4-8 year olds

Off topic, are kids even supposed to play video games? Of course my 6-year old daughter has been already on YouTube for hours a day, but it'll be a good idea to have her play the video game instead?

It's all about how you use and regulate it honestly. I think video games are better than YouTube honestly. She'll learn problem solving, improve hand eye coordination and it's something you can do with her, so some bonding. I started playing simple stuff with my son around when he turned 4 and it's great seeing how much his thinking has improved. He's become resourceful when he runs into problems coming up with ideas while playing with his magnatiles and Legos, finding clever solutions for things

Studies have shown video games improve decision making and hand eye coordination, so probably better than mindless youtubing
