Here is my reasoning for a portable battery this size.
Anything that has a big brick you plug into a wall socket is converting AC to DC. So if you can run whatever you need to off a portable battery like this through the USB port or the 12v socket the battery the battery is going to last longer than plugging a brick into into a built in inverter which would mean it is going from DC ( The Anker battery) to AC ( the inverter) then through the big hot brick that is converting it back to DC
Better to skip the inverter if you can.
Classic examples are my laptop that will run off of 45W or 65W into its USB port. Better to run from a USB port on the power bank than plug the converter that came with the laptop into an AC outlet on a power bank. Same for my CPAP that is usually powered by a huge brick into a wall socket. For that particular CPAP it is 12V so they sell a cigarette auto plug cable that allows you do away with the brick when running it in your car or a Anker battery pack like this.
My thinking for getting the DC model is 99% of my personal use no need for the built in inverter. And for the few times I need the inverter I can just plug the one I keep in my truck into the 12V socket.
For AC hungry appliances and such I wouldn't use the C300 unit anyway they wouldn't last long for something like that I have a much larger backup battery unit that has a serious built inverter.
Sorry for the long post but I have had to explain this many of my friends that didn't understand why my battery pack lasted so much longer than theirs using a CPAP when camping or hunting.

To return it for this. This can for example power my Xbox Series S as producing about 60-70w which is good for about 1 hour of game session (or more depending on the system setting and game…while pairing it with usb c portable monitor. I personally recommend getting Xscreen, in which is the add on screen attachment to the console for extra convenience and ease of portability)
What I like about this is 3 AC outlets and a strap as carry on whenever I go as needed like testing electronic at swap meet or elsewhere w/ stranger thru OfferUp. Not heavy as 10 lbs.
Anything to dislike? I guess AC outlets are too compact (no surprised tho) thus use case may be limited for bulky power cord? Oh and this still drains battery (not much tho) when idled.
I have been using this to only charge my phone but the onboard display sometimes doesn't show it due to LOW wattage. Like I need to plug in more electronics, just to see the #W.
More to dislike honestly like needing to have app to configure settings but again $139.99. There isn't any comparable unit and condition for SIMILAR price. Let BeReal here.
