I ordered one, but only because I wanted the cutter. I'm sure I'll make use of the lighter or gift it to someone.

The lighter....I don't like any lighter that is not using a encased glass fuel tank. All the plastic ones fail. Specially outdoors...or specifically outdoor use. This cutter is about $25, so lighter maybe over valued.
Purchased one a couple of days go for Easter and it says it should arrive Friday by the end of the day.
It's 1 state over and looks to be hitting every post office between here and there.
I'm sure these will end up in a junk drawer or the trash and their return policy is just garbage.
