These prices are unreal, significantly lower than the sales prices in China. If you don't mind having 5 sections, they are great buy.
There are still a few 4 section tripods at great prices. Leofoto makes some best 4 section tripods per Thecentercolumn.
You should refer to leofoto website for the specs especially the height, since the listing from this merchant is not perfect from my experience.
