I just checked online and it shows "action required" which requires me to mail in the original recipient them. If they don't receive it within 60 days, it will only be 3 years.
I wonder if that happened to you. I didn't get any emails about this "action required" request. Very shady on their process to not send out emails and require all these additional steps.
The receipt was uploaded along with pictures so not sure why they want this additional info. I got a crazy good deal so maybe that is why.
This is simply not true.
I would call them and ask what the problem is.
I've had to do it before. From what I remember it was pretty painless. I think they have a call back system. They call you instead of making you wait on the phone.
