Maybe fine if you are looking for pure throttle ride.
rear suspension looks like more show then anything.
looks like good bike for paved road. dont bother trying to pedal.
seat might be iffy.. too firm.. at this price point.. probably plastic

I had a nice wellness stipend lying around from work, so I bought one of these and have been abusing it on a trail behind the house and the park. Ride amazed me tbh, I thought like you all that I'd be returning it shortly after testing, but it held up to everything I put it through. If you take off the seat and unplug the connector, you can "unlock" the bike and get it to go around 30mph. It's pretty sweet! I'm a bigger dude also, and it holds me up like magic, lol. I thought I'd make this thing die, but I've had it over a year and put many miles on it. At this price point, I was amazed. Replaced a low-end mountain bike I had.

Apparently, it's possibly the connector located under the seat, as JosephM referred to.
There's a lot of companies like this where you're unsure if they'll even be around the next few years, but I'm tempted to bite on this offer, but it's catching me at a bad time.

Bikes were designed for pedaling, scooters were not. This is a scooter with pedals.

Bike zipped around the parking lot nicely. Couldn't go over 20 mph because of the size of the lot. Pretty sure it can
Everything worked fine.
Suspension is kinda worthless. 6' 190 lbs, and did nothing even on paved. Might be adjustable, stupid me didn't check
If you ride this in the city, to school/work of less than 5 miles. Solid bang for you buck.
With that said. Wouldn't expect any warranty or service. As long as the rear motor doesn't give out, everything else seems DIY friendly
