I can't speak to the quality or reliability of these, but if you can resist the temptation to keep it for yourself, think about how great of a gift this would make for a friend or family member (brother/sister in-law, co-worker, secret Santa, etc.). For under 20 bucks, this could end up being the coolest gift they get this year. I know I'd be thrilled if someone got me one. The reviews look decent so I've gone from skeptical to intrigued.

VIAIR 85P. VIAIR is one of the highly rated compressors. Super fast at putting air in your tires but like all compressors it's very loud but it is small and compact.

I have the Viair 88p which directly connects to the car battery. I think it tops off each of my tires in about 30 seconds at most.
Would strongly recommend sticking with a 12v inflator as you're nearly always going to have a charged car battery to inflate your tires with, if you drive your car weekly at least.
Home Depot has a Campbell Hausfeld one, Slime 40026(labeled as "Heavy Duty"), harbor freight probably sells a decent one. All are better than these products in OP for vehicle tires and more expensive. You get what you pay for.
Most/all of them can use attachments to inflate like a basketball or bike tire, but they're not for air mattresses, different type of product.
