I ordered this brand as well and it appears to be just fine...which was surprising for the price.

Most places are allowed to add other sugars to Maple Syrup and still called 100% Pure Maple Syrup....Vermont specifically does not permit this which is why I tend to prefer syrup made there. However, I can't beat this price. If it is diluted in some fashion to bring down the price, i certainly cannot tell.
Vermont has really good syrup. I make my own in CT. Too bad it actually costs me more to make it than buy it.

Pure Maple Syrup can last years past it's best buy date sealed and stored in a cool pantry. A plastic jug isn't as good as glass but it should be okay especially for this price.

I prefer the costco version, its amber grade. I dont like the aftertaste of the late season dark maple syrup.

That one's Amber. It's good, but I prefer the stronger flavor of Dark on waffles and oatmeal. Here's some more info on the grading:

35 years on this earth and just learned there's a whole world of maple syrup info I never knew.

All I knew was I went to the Henry ford museum as a kid and they made the stuff there and boy was it tasty.

As usual, your claim is without merit. A company as big as Amazon doesn't need to cut corners by storing food products sold by Amazon, in unsuitable conditions. I can't say the same about some third party sellers though.

Appears to be sold out on Amazon. 3rd party sellers now with inflated prices.

The darker, the better. This is great stuff. Stock up now before the tariffs hit Canadian stuff.

Been this price for a few months. Cheaper than samsclub.

Its good. Darker, not super dark. Ton of flavor
11.99 at my Sam's, and the Sam's has a stronger/bolder grading than this lighter Amazon syrup
