Multicore is closer to 20% https://nanoreview.net/en/cpu-com...i9-12900hk

Also ddr5 vs 4. Also different form factors. This one is slightly larger with more ports (8x USB vs 4, 3 nvme slots vs 1, 3 display outputs vs 2, etc) so really depends on your use case.

That is a completely different model. the 12th gen model on the page is a GMKtec M3 Plus which only has one NVME 2280 and one 2242 slot. This is a GMKtec Mini PC Workstation with three 2280 slots among other differences.

Agreed MS-01 is better deal for the Dual NICs, SFP ports and Intel AMT alone. Along with it having a low profile PCI-E slot.

Ii right now use a Beelink N100 as my homelab server running Prozmox and a Win10 (running Blue iris), Home assistant and couple small VMs.

Power efficiency on idle is important, is on my stack on LiFEpo4 backup power.

Which mini PC would be good choice? Forget price as a primary consideration

I think just about any mini PC would a i5 or better or Ryzen 7000 series or better proc would do fine for you if the n100 is performing well for you today. Really depends on what your use case is and if you want to expand upon your current setup, or if the current setup is performing poorly and in what aspect (memory, processing speed, igpu requirements if any, etc.)
