These are often $10-20 less, so unless you really want the 3 ah battery with it, better just to wait for a real deal. Got mine with battery and charger for $89, but they drop even lower sometimes.

Yes I would wait for a deal on the 3-speed unless you need one of these now. They both go on sale for the same price, the Atomic is a worse tool in every way. XR has 3-speeds instead of one, more power/oscillations per minute, and they are both the same size/weight. I would assume the XR has better/stronger parts as well but I can't confirm that. Not that the atomic is bad, but the XR regularly goes on sale for this price too.

If you've seen those cardboard box cutters all over social media, get one of these and a curved blade attachment (<$10 for a pack of 3).
They'll power through thick boxes, cardboard, even carpet.
Just be careful with it. It will take your fingers off if it slips. But its way more powerful than those box cutters.

Could you post a link of the curve blades for $10. Since the multi tool Diablo blade is $17 per blade, pretty pricey for disposal blades that get dull pretty quickly.

They actually are a bit more, $17 for 3. I doubt they'll go dull just cutting cardboard so should last a while. This is what I got, and have been awesome so far.

Oh my god. This is the multi tool I own and use and I had no idea it had a speed selector. I thought it just sucked bad! Ohhh man how did I miss this?!
