I used efferdent on my Invisalign/Vivera retainers but this specific kind, I didn't like. It left a very odd after smell, something you could taste in your mouth, no matter how much or how long I rinsed it. The regular and retainer specific kinds of Efferdent are great.
Thanks, these work great for my retainers. I've tried the generic ones from target and Walmart and they just don't clean as well as the efferdent ones.

I found that soaking the retainers in clean water after a soak in efferdent solution usually gets rid of the aftertaste.
My ortho recommended dish soap so I use a frangrant-less dish soap. Something about damaging the structural integrity of the retainer w the denture tabs
