Thanks op. My s5 max wouldn't connect to my wifi even after resetting the Wi-Fi and I can't delete the vac from my app so maybe it's time for an upgrade. I'm assuming this doesn't come with the tricut brush that's talked about

As somebody pointed out earlier the warranty is 2 years longer when buying directly from Dreame.

Looking at the other thread it seems like there may be some delays in shipping through Amazon orders. I ordered from Dreame yesterday and delivery is already scheduled for this Thursday.

Got the codes to stack, but can someone who owns this comment on it's ability? I've read so many reviews via Amazon/Reddit and it seems like people are more impressed with the mopping function than the actual vacuuming.

Unable to stack any code on top of the one advertised on the dreametech site. I bought this from Amazon for $475 during the spring cleaning sale. I reached out to Dreametech customer support regarding the warranty before purchasing and also after. They emailed back that the warranty is for 3 years. I provided my serial and Amazon invoice. I asked if it can be updated so that the app shows the accurate date. I'm waiting on a response.

I read and watched tons of reviews.. this robot is fantastic on paper, very similar to their flagship x40. However, the reliability and customer service seem to have big issues. So it is the best mop robot you can get at $450 - but you need to cross your finger to wish it doesn't break soon.

Somehow reviews of L40 at Amazon are much worse than for L10. So many reviews mention failed units and inability to get warranty service or replacement.
