Meh, sometimes. Mostly it'll pop some blood vessels and leave your face looking like you've been fighting someone. Does it extract, ya, but also expect collateral damage

No experience with this one, but I have a Panasonic that works well. You wet your face then steadily move it around. The water helps make a good seal. They are not for sucking a huge black head or zit, but general maintenance. If you stay in one place you will get a hickey. Move around and your face will be red for a few minutes but nothing more. The sludge that you get from your face each time is disgusting to think about.
