I'll give this a try to add a kick to my typical Japanese cold brew (just freshly brewed coffee poured over ice). Since it's concentrated, I'm assuming it's meant to be used sparingly, so my idea should work. I'm in for one vanilla at $5.02 shipped via S&S; thanks OP.

The trick with that style coffee is to add 20% more ground coffee than you normally would do it comes out strong after some of the ice melting. Although if using small pieces of ice 30% probably better.

I am not a coffee drinker, but I've been making protein smoothies with it that are pretty good. I only use half of the recommended serving size of coffee concentrate though.

Thanks for the tip. I find French Roast works well for Japanese Cold Brew due to its bitter, strong taste. Interestingly, when used for iced coffee, it mellows out significantly and becomes quite palatable to me.

Regardless, I'm looking forward to trying the concentrate, as I suspect even a tiny pour will greatly enhance the flavor of iced coffee; or at least, that's what I'm hoping...

I love the Madagascar vanilla. I've tried replicating it using other cold brews and the syrup recommended but nothing came close. Also long time ago there was a fantastic Amazon deal on the M vanilla and black duo package.
