I've never had problems getting the credit but do miss the days when they'd just deduct it from the total. But I guess we can blame the knuckleheads who abused the system and ruined it for everyone.

I always had to ask for the Amazon credit and they always seem like they have no idea what I am talking about. They do give it to me but is is a hassle. Sorry but I pass....
