The kids love this. We like the spicy version of this, same name but has spicy or hot in the name

Add 1-1 1/2 Tbs. Montreal S.S.
2-3 Tbs. A1
1/8 cup real bacon bits
1/4 cup shredded cheese of your choice.
A sprig or two of fresh parsley, minced, if you have it.
(Somehow this is not too salty)
Mix thoroughly and form into 4 even balls. Press firmly in burger press. (Necessary because the add-ins make for a loose consistency)
Return to refrigerator for at least 1/2 hour before grilling. Handle gently.
As far as a better steak and burger seasoning, I prefer Hickory Crisp from Alden Mill, but it's much harder to find, and rarely on sale. I usually end up ordering it direct.

It's my favorite so far. Great on steaks and burgers.
Chicago for steaks if you want similar but better.
Applewood for burgers is good.
Sam's club has it cheaper than this all day long....
