Add 1-1 1/2 Tbs. Montreal S.S.
2-3 Tbs. A1
1/8 cup real bacon bits
1/4 cup shredded cheese of your choice.
A sprig or two of fresh parsley, minced, if you have it.
(Somehow this is not too salty)
Mix thoroughly and form into 4 even balls. Press firmly in burger press. (Necessary because the add-ins make for a loose consistency)
Return to refrigerator for at least 1/2 hour before grilling. Handle gently.
As far as a better steak and burger seasoning, I prefer Hickory Crisp from Alden Mill, but it's much harder to find, and rarely on sale. I usually end up ordering it direct.

Highly recommend as a pre-made. It's not a super exotic flavor profile. Just know it adds a lot of salt so skip adding your own if using this. I use it on steaks burgers and/or veggies once or twice per week.
