We love it too. I put it in a coffee grinder to make a fine powder. Add it to ground beef for amazing burgers.

Good deal at .33 per ounce if you need the big bottle, but the 6 bottles deal from the other day is better at .26 per ounce and the smaller bottles won't go stale as quickly as the big one.
