I placed two orders of Apple gift card of $100 each with a free $10 Target gift card and met the requirement, even though I used a Target Red card to pay and total is short of $199.
You have until May 3 to activate the free Target Circle 360 subscription.
They make it seem like Target is fulfilling the delivery, but you're obligated to tip Shipt worker who actually shops and delivers. Tipping is a wholly a scam. It's a tax on dumb/lazy/poor people.
