I don't think there are any real shortcuts when it comes to exercising. Not saying this is bad, but you need to use it in conjunction with real aerobic exercise.

These have more uses that just exercise. They can also be used for stretching which is the primary reason I would want to test one out that is so small.
You can read scientific studies about what effects it does or doesn't have by searching for the term "WBVT" at pubmed. WBVT stands for Whole Body Vibration Training, which is the description for using this type of thing. I don't know if a link will work on Slickdeals or not. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/?term=Wbvt+
But I think the good ones are many hundreds of dollars or more. And there are different kinds of vibrations. It's possible that the wrong kind of vibration could be ineffective and just give you a lot of EMFs?

While it can have benefits, there are also potential drawbacks -- there's been a lot of research on occupational injuries due to vibration in the workplace that should be balanced vs. potential effects.
Here's at least one paper looking at how WBV devices align with ISO-2631 standards for safe exposure thresholds: https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/arti...MC3688642/
TL/DR:
Vibration has both pros & cons
More / stronger vibration isn't necessarily "better"
WBV device specs often omit specifications like intensity that are most relevant to safety
