Levels is also on sale at Costco for $55 for 5.6lbs. I'm not a huge fan of either because of the stevia aftertaste (prefer sucralose or real sugar) but many seem to enjoy it. They also have vanilla on sale for Levels.

Not at all. Both are proven to help with exercise/recovery. If you were to buy ANY supplements, these are on the top of the list.

I've thought about doing that before - and would likely do it at places like Walmart, Target, etc - but I have a soft spot for Costco since they are one of the few good ones out there in terms of treating their employees well over maximum executive pay so I may just eat the $15 rather than have them incur a loss. Now if it were furniture or a computer that went on sale and a matter of saving hundreds that might change... 😅

Tempted ! While both are good deals but none of them are third-party tested for quality and heavy metal contamination (second one is my main concern).
It seems most of the heavy metal contamination comes from the cocoa powder that is used. Levels at least posts some information regarding their internal tests on their website. If that is concern, it seems vanilla is a much safer flavor.

I was holding out for so long waiting for this to go on sale like it used to before the price increase. Couldn't hold any longer and finally got some early last month which is right outside Costco's 30 day price adjustment period 🤦🏽 ♂️
Good call! I just tried some last month and have a few days to get a adjustment.. BTW the Chocolate is pretty good and without the other added crap

Costco employees are the ones who tell us to buy again and return with the old receipt.

Well in this instance since it's a perishable/consumable item then they won't put it back on the shelf to sell again so I won't do it as that would be a complete loss for them which I personally don't think is right to do. Well at least not to Costco.

Agreed. I've been ruthless with return/rebuy for lower prices but Costco been good to me, more than once. So if I don't get the absolute best price on something, for I'll let it slide. They always seem to make up for it with service, policies, etc.

decided to try this brand since Optimum had aspartame. the stevia in vanilla is so strong, i wish they just had a lighter sweetness, or even unsweetened.but i'm also not into artificial sweeteners and stevia.
I agree the vanilla is too sweet, but I like how it dissolves easier than the chocolate.
