I watched the video and I still don't understand the concept. Why do you need a portable blender? I mean, if you make a blended drink with ice, cant you just store the blended drink the same way as non-blended? Fruit blended doesn't go bad faster than non-blended. Ice doesn't melt slower non blended. I guess if you took a bunch of ingredients in a cooler, along with ice, and wanted a smoothie (or margarita) later? I just don't understand this. I've never found myself just wishing for a blender. At the gym a blender bottle was plenty to reinvigorate my drink if it settled. At the beach, camping, tailgating... I don't need a blender. Someone please enlighten me!

Storing a blended drink doesn't work very well. It might separate and lose its taste and healthy properties rather quickly.

Not sure I see your point, and I think your statement is wrong - a block of ice will take longer to melt than a slushy.

Yes, say you go camping for 5 days and want your daily smoothie. You put the ingredients in the cooler (or refrigerator) and blend when it is time to blend them.
I pre-blend stuff (beet, celery, kale, dandelion, pineapple flax seed, etc) and freeze it into cubes, and blend those in the morning along with a banana and some chia seed and whatnot.

I love this, repped! The most useful thing as I understand it is the camping with a daily smoothie, clearly if you're car camping and need a blender this has a use! I camp with a trailer, so if I really needed a blender, I could bring a plug-in. As for your comments on "why are you here" I have a costco deal alert and this triggered, and thought I'd ask who actually is this product for!

Glad I could help somewhat! Yep, if you have a trailer with a nice big inverter that gives you a solid 110V you can take any blender as long as it's wattage doesn't overwhelm your system.

I am actually in the market for one of these. I currently have a cordless immersion blender which works pretty well, but there is always a bit of a splashing danger.
Looking at some videos, the Ninja Blast Max may work better for me, so I'll search for some deals on that.

My friend has this. The battery will lose its juice after several weeks of daily use, and you won't have enough power to crush ice after that. A wired blender is a must. I can always bring a power source for a wired blender for camping instead of getting stuck with 2 blenders that can only mush bananas.

If they lose juice after a couple weeks, you can bring them back to Costco for a return.

I'm returning mine today. Battery life is not good. Not sure why but you cannot use when charging. Getting Nutribullet Pro from Walmart. Blender with battery is not good enough
