I have this along with the shorter version and use them all the time for drilling and screwing in hard to reach places. Really handy to have when you need it.

The mechanism to hold the bit is really well designed to be both quick and secure.

Man apparently I really love this bit extender. I feel like a shill. lol

I wouldn't use an o ring extension with a spade bit. Gonna fuse. I'd only use a set screw extension.

Great deal. They also had other various Diablo 1/4" extensions with both the magentic holder and quick lock heads. These were all cheaper than at HD with mil discount. Ended up with buying these deals/items below since I hate when I get stuck using a nonmagnetic holder as I did yesterday in one of my small drivers with the tips sliding out.

This extender can be handy for many applications but had a spade bit get locked in and almost impossible to unseat afterward. So just be mindful when using this to consider the mechanism might jam. For spade bit I just went back to the tried and true hex screw to tighten instead of quick release.

It's a name and well known brand used by pro-sumer and higher customers. The ones you listed are China Company XYZ. You could be right that it's still a good choice but it's do you want a knock off or not.

Quality? Wobble? Ease to release the bits?
