So a heads-up, if you need one that does a Gonzalez charge, this one won't work for you.
If you meant Gonzalez as in "Speedy Gonzales" (fast), like fast charging for iphones or other phones/devices, or for recharging, it states that the 2 USB-A output ports are rated at 5V 2.1A, which is not very fast charging.
The USB-C port is input only for recharging this unit. Also not fast at 5V 2A, 9V 2A, or 12V 1.5A rates.
My best guess is you are saying the recharging of this unit is slow. If it never gets higher than 78%, it is defective or you are using a bad charging cord. Try another cord, and give it 24 hours is my advice. Then contact the company if alternative charging cords make no difference, or return it as defective.
