When you claim it in the app, you'll get a code that's valid for the rest of the day. So you can use it at dinner, but yeah probably not lunch.

What does the downvote even mean? Is that wrong, they actually save it for you? Or you pay several hours ahead? Is it seen as pessimistic thinking???

Are you saying even if you don't place the order right away you can get it just by claiming without completing the order, and someone else ready to pay for the order but didn't click to claim before me or the first 30k won't get it?

Nothing popped up in the Taco Bell app under offers for me. I think I was had. I actually thought, for once, they were giving something under the offers tab, not having people try to redeem a drop.

People always downvote. From what I know about this site, about half the people misunderstand what other people type and downvote because they can. I wish there was something against the site rules for this.

To explain the whole process, at 2 PM PT you open the app and click "claim" and within a few minutes a reward will show up in the rewards tab that enables you to purchase the item for $1. That reward is valid until the end of the day (11:59 PM PT). They'll run out within a few minutes of the drop usually but as long as you can get it you can order it any time during the rest of the day.

Few minutes? Try a few seconds. Still said 2:00PM on my phone and all claims were already gone.
