That isn't the case.

The store won't show up on the list if they flat out never have them.

I used the code a couple hours ago and it worked fine. I then tried to help a relative through the process with the same code for the same location about 30 min ago with a different account and it says Invalid.

Both with a desktop. First order is ready to pickup, the 2nd couldn't get that far. I think they must have changed it. It was supposed to be an App only thing. That I haven't tried.
