Junk knives, utterly disposable.

It's been my experience that Costco does not sell junk, and if they do, they are happy to take it back for a full refund.

I love Costco, but I bought their Cangshan knives and had all of the handles crack.
No retailer is perfect. While Costco does a great job ensuring that most of their SKUs are high quality items, every now and then they misjudge, but at least they are willing to fix their mistake by offering a full refund.

Viking is now another brand where they're going to lean on us knowing the American version though it's now a non-American production. I know this as I bought some mixing bowls from Sams and realized that nope....made in China, though purported as still "American". Could have just got mixing bowls from Walmart instead for cheaper w/out the Viking labeling!

Unfortunately, they were a gift for my son in Georgia.
