I have the clip pro which has the red light instead of UV on the ultra. I find the red light more useful by a wide margin but ymmv.

The special alum on these olights is somewhat of a gimmick in my experiece. My arkfeld ultra has more dings and scratched than my alkfeld pro eventhough the ultra was purchased more recently

I like the 5-modes (even though the turbo is useless for everyday use). Personally, I'd probably only use it in the moonlight, low, and medium modes. But I can understand people's fascination with brighter beams.
The beams are a cool white (5700K to 6500K, CRI 70), which is probably suits most people. However, I much prefer warmer beams with better color rendition (4000K to 4500K, CRI 80+).
