I ended up removing it about a year ago when they had a similar offer. i might have to wait til tomorrow to see if the offer pops back up.

Yes. I ordered some stuff I needed and it didn't work. The next day I ordered two more things and it did work. The items it didn't work on may have not been sold by Amazon but only fulfilled by them.
