As noted the capacity is misleading. You will never get more than 67W total and that's only when using a single USB-C.
The box has a pamphlet that includes a matrix of sorts explaining the various scenarios. I'll include a version below but if you're visually inclined, they have a graphic version on the Anker website - https://www.anker.com/products/a91c0.
Single port:
- USB-C: 67W Max
- USB-A: 12W Max
Two ports:
- 2x USB-C: 45W Max + 20W Max (65W Max total)
- 2x USB-C: 30W Max + 30W Max (60W Max total)
- 2x USB-A 15W Max total
- 1x USB-C: 45W Max + 1x USB-A: 12W Max (57W Max total)
Three ports
- 2x USB-C: 30W Max + 20W Max + 1x USB-A: 12W Max (62W Max total)
- 2x USB-A: 15W Max + 1x USB-C: 45W Max (60W Max total)
Four ports:
- 2x USB-C: 30W Max + 20W Max + 2x USB-A: 15W Max (65W Max total)
The other thing of note is that while the surge protection and indication of surge protection is nice, it offers extremely low protection. According to the Amazon page it's 300J, which isn't uncommon for a product like this. However, most sources I've seen recommend 1000 joules as a starting point for surge protection of TVs, computers, etc. and at least 2000J for home theaters or sensitive equipment. Anker supposedly has a $200,000 USD protection but there a lot of caveats, more info here: https://us.anker.com/pages/connec...t-warranty

Not everyone can afford changing all their cables, especially proprietary ones like 3DS and such. I actually appreciate that we still have options with both.
One could just add easily ask why does anyone need super fast charging.

Unfortunately as I mentioned last time one of these was at this price (here: https://slickdeals.net/f/18201859-29-99-anker-525-7-in-1-charging-station-w-2x-65w-usb-c-2x-usb-a-3x-ac-5-cord-at-amazon?p=176381

Yeah my crappy little devices (that I love), lanterns, headlamps, a fan, just random stuff, a lot of those still use micro usb
Just buy a new one and return the broken one. It's that easy

Also, Anker through Costco Next has the flat version on sale for 30, but theres a $45 minimum for free shipping; otherwise, it's $4.99 for shipping. (If interested, just go to this page:

Although the surge protection on this is pretty low (300J), I bought it just cause I can't seem to find any other good surge protectors that are travel friendly, meaning they can handle various voltages. This one has an input voltage of 100-240v. Most I see with higher joules protection seem to be only 120v. So I just figured low is better than nothing. Also, since this has 3 regular plugs on the backside, I just bought a different USB block charger with higher wattage capabilities.
*UPDATE: After doing a little more research and looking at the Anker 525 I just received, it says it's rated at 125v on the back, but according to their website, it is safe for worldwide travel with a 100v-240v rating. (see list here: https://support.anker.c
