I have a similar JBL speaker. I'm in no way an audiophile, but I felt the sound quality is poor.

I have one of these. The speaker is small making it very portable but Kmsimon1 is right in that the sound quality is lower than expected for a speaker from JBL even at this size. $15 is about right for this speaker. I wouldn't go above $20.

Note that this sale is for a JBL Go Essential, but the item website (and OP) refer to the features / specs of the JBL Go 3. Hopefully just a typo or errant cut/paste.

I have one of these and $15 seems right. The sound quality is poor but it's fine for podcasts in a small bathroom. The battery life seems short, too.

ahh, I remember a few years back where they had boatloads of bootleg "mini/portable" JBL speakers floating around in the market. Hopefully this is not one of those.

Looks exactly like the Nakamichi speakers clearing out from woot a year or so ago. Ok for small area as commented, mine and others had received with the connector covers glued shut.
