The "heavy duty" ones has better welding, higher grade steel, and thicker walls.

Are there overpriced? Yes
Are they better than most "mobile carts"? Also yes

This thing weights 63lb.
Your cheaper ones will be 10lb - 20lb range.

I have the bigger version of this they used to sell that I paid $125. It is extremely well made, and the regular price was $499. I remember it shipped to store to avoid the $50 shipping fee.
