I bought these a few years ago just for plane trips. I thought they worked great for that but I am a one bag traveler and don't check in luggage so the air pod pro 2's took over as my noise cancelling go to. I hardly ever use these Sony's anymore which is pretty sad for what I spend on them. They do come in pretty handy when we get fireworks but then I have to sleep on my back

I do this with my 1000XM3 and a V-Moda boom mic. It sounds fantastic and gives me a manual hard mute. I love it for Zoom calls.
