Great concept, fun game. Too bad they couldn't get the series shot alongside the game. It was an ambitious project.
Eventually they'll have an episodic game to run alongside a tv series.

Very cool game, was free on Epic or Amazon a while back so check your library. Kinda short, lots of cut scenes and narrative for an action game, but does it very well. Like the people stated above would have been awesome if they could have managed to produce a show and release (more) game content side by side which was the original intent.

Very good game. If you are a fan of the late Lance Riddick it's an opportunity to see him in one of his less-known roles.

For those that care about such things, it is worth noting that the cinematics for this game are streamed from CDN servers. So if you are offline or they shut down the servers, the game will fail to stream the cinematic sequences.

I missed the giveway when Epic was offering this game for free, and I believe that it was around the time Epic Game Store just opened and I was reluctant to deal w/ another game launcher so I was ignorant to that which I regret. However, I did buy the game recently when Steam had it on sale for $7.99 not too long ago.

I too missed a lot of Epic deals for that same reasoning. Figured the free game thing was a gimmick, wouldn't continue, and the Epic store would crash and burn pretty quickly. Clearly that didn't pan out the way I expected it....but still not going to pay money for games on their launcher.

Are you thinking of Control? I have that from Epic, but to the best of my knowledge Quantum Break hasn't been offered for free

You are correct, Control has been given out multiple times but I am thinking about QB. Somehow I own Quantum Break (and have beaten it) so I assume it was given out for free. I know I didn't buy it because exposition heavy games aren't normally my thing so I HIGHLY doubt I would have paid money for it. Glad I played this one though. Control was a better game but I kept getting hopelessly lost in the massive office complex it I ended up giving up halfway through.

It's part of the Xbox Game Pass. I'm not 100% sure it's part of their PC game program, but it is on the console.

Sort by new and you'll see much better reviews. I haven't bought from them myself though.
