This is not a bad value and includes a lot. It's compact. Might be fun to use for practice and more. It may not be as fancy looking as some pro gear; but if it works for you... Just beware buying 10 effects pedals or other gear just to try them. Research. Price is great if it is still $68 or less (like ~$40 if you ask me. Then it's a no brainier and maybe even for less as used). I do not dismiss gear just because it's under $100; like most do. The reviews look, and SOUND good.
But remember; if what you really want or wind up with (preference, favorite gear set) is $250 (bottom-end, example only) and instead you get an $80 item, and later two more $80 items as well; then you would have been better off saving for the $250 instead; because returns and selling off used stuff loses money, and your time. This does not say get the most expensive. Not that you shouldn't try many things; just test them for free. Friends, stores etc..; that don't mind you doing so. Do try before buying.
Gear will help you sound like the songs you want to play (sonic); but a guitar is really all you need to practice. And not an expensive one. Don't think of helpful gear as motivation though. That will backfire. Only you can choose your motivation and practice. In other words; improve everyday; while having (therapeutic) music fun.
And don't forget to compare the $40 Cube Baby multi amp IR pedal. Not just because I have it. It does not do some of the things the GE100 does; but it does a few the Mooer doesn't (loads cab IR's...) and is an even more compact, rechargeable battery, interface, BT, and it's an all knobs system; which I love when just on manual mode. It controls like a classic amp and pedals. It's not just the feature lists; but do get what you need. These save a huge amount by not getting every FX/pre-amp/IR's pedal or unit separately.
