Manufacturer : NONG SHIM AMERICA, INC.
ASIN : B017IRZJK8
Country of Origin : USA
In 2005, Nongshim America, Inc. built a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in southern California to serve the fast growing demands for our award-winning products. Manufacturing under the strictest guidelines of the U.S. food safety standards, Nongshim raises the level of excellence in freshness and quality. Through the continuous efforts of strategic sales operation and the commitment to provide better products and services, today, Nongshim products are available in most retail outlets throughout North America and over 80 countries around the world! https://nongshimusa.com/about
Nongshim, the maker of another Korean staple, Shin Ramyun, has operated a US subsidiary since 1994 and currently runs two American plants to handle the bulk of its local demand.
Facing a bleak horizon is Samyang Foods, the maker of the popular Buldak ramyeon, which lacks a US factory to fall back on. The company ships its noodles directly from Korea, while its first overseas plant — slated for completion by 2027 — is in China, a country facing even steeper tariffs than Korea. https://www.koreaherald.com/article/10459689

They still use ingredients and materials imported from South Korea and China, which are subject to tariffs. Crazy how so many people still don't know how tariffs work.
