I finally seasoned mine yesterday from the deal back in January. The rear gets far hotter so I turned the griddle surface 180* for a more even seasoning. I'm sure it will eventually all be covered. Better quality than I thought I would get.

Put some cheap vegetable oil on it and turn it on high.. let it cool down and clean with water and you are good to go.
