Notice all the photos are of it plugging into an outlet vertically. I find these more powerful chargers are so heavy they won't stay plugged into a wall outlet. Maybe something to consider.
The free benefit item isn't working. Amazon is really falling apart.

Also shipping stubbornly wanted $2.99 until I cleared cart and started over. (And no it wasn't same day option, which I know is also $2.99).

I used back button so the seller did not change at all. Again, Amazon falling apart at the most basic of stuff.

Got the non-business deal--could be a decent laptop backup powersupply if it really lives up to specs.

Thanks OP. The business deal rang up for me at $25.99, didn't seem to offer the initial sale price.

It was $26 a couple of days ago, now $23. I bought it but returned because it's very heavy and its width doesn't fit my logitech pouch.

Too fat of a plug. If you plug this into a surge protector with narrow ports, it will block the other ports.

Yes it can be annoying. One solution is packing a 1ft extension cord with it.

Yeah, a six-outlet power strip often effectively becomes a three-outlet one since many adapters block the space for others. An ugly-ish but functional solution is to get a bunch of short, 12" extension cables, but by the time you buy a few, that's often the price of a whole new six-outlet power strip. Years ago when stuff at DollarTree was still $1, they had short GE-brand (maybe fake?) ones that were useful for this, and priced appropriately.

Here's a 5-pack at Amazon for $7.50:

Is this legit? I see a lot of crap out there. My issue is my kids have 2 iPads and our about charger blocks and old apple blocks can't seem to keep up and keep their iPads charged. Would this thing work for 2 iPads plugged in via usb C and charge them relatively fast and safe?

Baseus is a very legit brand. It's more popular in lower budget countries, but is starting to expand to Amazon and such. The components are safe and well built. It can charge two ipads at the same time, although not sure about which gen you have, so may not do both at full speed if they're newer.

Why does Baseus products seem to always get a 'F' rating by Fakespot?

just cause their products are always promoted via free products that users received, so a lot of people that write reviews didn't actually buy the product
