Seems to be missing the most useful part, the razor. That said, once you get a double edged safety razor handle and get a pack of double edge safety razors, you will be set on razors for quite a while. Picked up a razor and a pack of ~100 double edge saftey razors about 10 year ago and am still slowly working my way through them.

I have an Edwin Jagger DE98BL that I picked up on Amazon in 2020 for $17.37
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B003LW4...tle_1&th=1

I also own a Merkur Mk34c short handle that I picked up ~ 2013
https://www.amazon.com/Merkur-Mk3...e04bd48261

Both have served me very well, I think the Edwin Jager has been living in one of my suitcases for travel. I tend to grow a beard and line up with the double edge razor 2-3 times a week, so I don't shave everything frequently. I seem to get at LEAST a few weeks worth out of a razor before I seem to notice them not shaving as smooth and swap out.

When I bought the first I bought a random variety pack of 100 double edge safety razors off Amazon to try various brands and see what I like. Needless to say, I probably have at least 40 left, if I were to pick one to go to, it'd probably be feather razors. They are top tier as far as edge sharpness, some people prefer a slightly less aggressive razor so picking up a variety pack is a good way to get a feel for it.

The move to double edge saftey razors has been a fantastic investment. I spent considerably less then $100 in total on razors / handles and shaving soap etc. since 2014 when I stepped away from the Mach 3. Enjoy.

ebay has vintage gillettes that are amazing quality even 60-100 years later. They still use the same blades.
