No, you're actually getting a great quality blade that is worth much more than $5. If used properly, these will out perform anx outlast most other blades. High quality and worth it.
This is best used for things that 20 pack poor quality blades probably couldn't cut well without wearing out the teeth. It isn't just longevity but performance and capability. Those cheaper blades are much more likely to get bent if they struggle and take a long time for a task. If just cutting through soft materials, then the cheaper blades could work out ok.
Will their be a lot of sparks?
Hope they're worth $10, because that's what they are. I'll give them a try.

I needed to move studs, leave the drywall. I had general usage (metal in wood) oscillating tool blades to cut the drywall screws. They were dulling significantly after one drywall screw, I was changing blades after each 2 screws.
Purchased a specialty Milwaukee blade that said drywall screw, one blade cut all of them.

General rule of thumb with metal is to use a slower speed. For the average homeowner, if these don't last you a long time, you were using them improperly.
I used these blades to cut up a mobile home frame, no way a cheap blade would have lasted or even worked. As a matter of fact I could not believe it was cutting through like it was. The blade was done for after but it was much faster and cheaper then using a cutting torch even at $23 per blade.
