Easy choice to avoid using Woot, in my opinion.

One important note: There's a safety recall on this saw, with manufacturing date 4/2022 or earlier. I don't know if Woot sells old stock, but it seems possible, so it's important to check.
If Woot does ship you an older saw, you can contact DeWALT to get the recall repair kit. It's an easy repair, just takes a few minutes.
Recall info: https://www.cpsc.gov/Recalls/2022...on-Hazards
"DeWALT has received 571 reports of the rear safety guard assembly or components breaking or detaching, including nine reports of laceration injuries."

No it's not the same. This is a SLIDING compound mitre saw. The one you are referring to is just a compound mitre saw.

except if you value your time you'd actually be paying more since you're going to have to take it all apart and put it back together, and hope you did it right.
