Seemingly this concept/device (not necessarily this brand) can work as advertised, but YMMV on actual utility. The risk of "skimming" for tap to pay seems pretty low currently.

for the question above re promo code: Amazon sometimes hides the entry box and you have to toggle a selection for Promo code during checkout especially on mobile before a field to enter the text will appear. YMMV

Nah, you put this into your wallet, bill fold, etc.... That way no one can sniff/scan your cards while you are shopping or standing in line.

In for 1 pack. Coupon worked. Deal worked!

Fvck thieves and scammers in the @ss with a rusty rake!

The blockers work but also not a real threat. Even Visa and Chase don't worry about it. Not much money and if it makes you feel better then go for it but it's supremely needless.

"Major credit card companies also stand behind the safety of RFID cards. "Fraud from skimming is very unlikely and limited in scope," Visa's website notes. Darius Kingsley, head of consumer banking practices at Chase, the largest card issuer in the United States as of 2023, says "I personally don't worry about this," when asked about the use of RFID-blocking purses and wallets. "I think more of a risk than anything else is people being careless with their card numbers — writing them down, or having their card sitting out so someone else can see it." "
